Refund policy

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns of unopened kits within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at info@polypapercraft.com with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and provide the return address.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank and credit card processing times may add a few extra days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your kit arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, take a photo of the packaging before opening it and contact us within 48 hours at info@polypapercraft.com. We'll resolve it at no cost to you.

EXCEPTIONS
Gift cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

EU BUYERS
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, in addition to the above. To exercise this right, contact us at info@polypapercraft.com. Return shipping arrangements and costs are the buyer's responsibility.
