Shipping policy

SHIPPING
Ships worldwide from Montréal, Canada. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, though processing times may vary. Tracking is provided for all orders where the option is selected at checkout.

International orders outside Canada may be subject to import duties, customs fees and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer (DDU).

RETURNS
Unopened kits may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

DAMAGED ORDERS
If your kit arrives in a visibly damaged or compromised package, take a photo before opening it. You can open the outer packaging, but do not open the product inside until you hear from us. Contact us within 48 hours at info@polypapercraft.com. We'll look into it together and work to resolve it quickly.

EU BUYERS
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt. To exercise this right, contact us at info@polypapercraft.com. Return shipping arrangements and costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the product in its original, unopened condition.
